Yes, I got my garage cleaned out and have possession of the dresses. I have 3 drop off locations established and I have my volunteer board members identified. We also have had 2 news stations do a piece on the project! :)

My next goal is 3-part
1- To meet on July 7th with a non-profit up North doing the same work, I have been offered to form a chapter under them.
2- Courtesy meeting with the 2 woman who ran this project prior to me- to inform them of the direction I intend to take as well as get a feel for how involved or uninvolved they want to be. This will be challenging as 1- I would like to offer a board position two while the other one is unreliable and ran the project into the ground.
3- 1st board meeting-
I would like to accomplish all this by the end of July.

1st meeting is set up for July 7
Courtesy meeting will be as quickly after as possible, followed by the board meeting.
A lot pivots on that July 7 meeting- as I will then know if I seek my own non-profit status or will we be forming under theirs.
How have the NSLS speakers or SNT meetings helped you achieve your goals or changed your life?:
Yes, they have provided direction and inspiration. It's fun to look at my SNT meeting last month and see if more as a stepping stone that can be planned and managed. I am very excited to see what the next month brings.
