Did you succeed in achieving your action steps since the last meeting? If yes, please state which action steps you were able to complete. If no, please explain the challenges that you experienced. (If first meeting, write ‘first meeting’ here.):
It was a challenge to achieve my action steps from the last meeting, but with the support of my SNT group i was able to stay motivated and finish on the short period of time i had. I was able to complete all of 3 actions steps i had; start my research, create the outline, have someone revise it and finally fix my mistakes and hand it in.
Please state your goal using the SMART Method: Specific: Avoid generalities! Your goal should have specific details so you know what you are achieving. Measurable: Make sure you have solid criteria for establishing your progress toward your goal. Actionable: You can clearly define action steps towards your goal Rewarding: Your goal must be something that is meaningful and worthwhile. Time Specific: Having specific dates for beginning and finishing goals keeps you on track. Example: “My goal is to receive a Sports Internship by May 1st”:
My goal is to finish my marketing plan assignment by June 26. The project isn't due till July 11, but having a head start helps me revise over it and fix and mistake i might have.Getting a head start helps me not procrastinate, as well as give me time to do any other projects/assignments i might have. Living at home with my parents and siblings, i learned that anything, any event can pop up at any moment, being prepared is a good thing so that stressing over it isn't an option later.
Please list the action steps you will take to achieve your goals stated above. These are action steps that will be completed by next meeting. Example: “1. Finish my resume. 2. Talk with my advisor. 3. Submit a sports internship application at two institutions.”:
1. revise over what is already started. 2.correct any mistakes and continue on till complete. 3. Have professor take a look and give me some advise. 4. submit it on blackboard.
How have the NSLS speakers or SNT meetings helped you achieve your goals or changed your life?:
I learn from so many people, but being in this SNT group and having society speakers really opened up my eyes. I realized I can do anything i set my mind to, no matter the situation. In a way, it helps me grow inside as a person. I have become more motivated by seeing how some of my peers are doing. My group is made up of amazing females who have showed me that its not hard to accomplish your goals as long as you never give up.

Hello Good day, To have your SNT report approved you must resubmit answering question 2 as the instruction suggests. Please refer back to question #2 on your SNT report. It states to list your goals using the SMART Method: S = Specific M = Measurable A = Attainable R = Reasonable T = Timely For example: My goal is specific (S) because I am focusing on strictly saving $5,000.00 for a mission trip I would like to go on next year. My goal is measurable (M) because I can physically see where I am with my savings on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. My goal is attainable (A) because with working 5 extra hours weekly on my job which is overtime pay will give me the extra money I need to save without an issue of ignoring other responsibilities I have. My goal is reasonable (R) because it really is not a lot of money I am trying to save. and the time frame is a full year. My goal is timely (T) because I have an end date as to when I need to have the money saved by which is a full year (August 1, 2019). Thank you. ...
