Great news!  We’ve updated our job bank.

The Society Job Bank, now powered by Symplicity, provides you access to a greater number of jobs by more employers both in the U.S. and abroad.

In addition, the job bank includes the following new features/benefits:

* NACElink Network Extended Job Search
  • National Association of Colleges and Employers and DirectEmployers, NACElink CSM (Career Services Manager) is the leading career services platform.
  • Job Postings: View and apply to quality postings targeted directly to Society members.
  • Extended Job Search: Search thousands of additional postings offered by NACElink’s partner, DirectEmployers Association.

* Employment Tracking and Evaluation / Career Outcomes
  • Students and alumni can create live portfolios, provide evaluations of employers for others to view and review career outcomes of their peers who worked for companies they might have interest in.
  • Search through popular careers in leading industries.
  • View salary information, growth projections and job outlook.

* Career Explorer
  • Search through popular careers in leading industries.
  • View salary information, growth projections and job outlook.

* Career Finder
  • Learn how your interests relate to various industries.
  • See the suggested fields you might want to explore based on the results.

* Exclusively for Inducted Members - Stand Out From Other Applicants
  • If you are an inducted member, we encourage you to use the special image below as your portfolio picture, so that employers know you are a Society member who has completed your steps to induction. You will be able to download the image after creating your new account or by clicking directly on the image below.

The way one would access the job bank remains the same (logging into the Members Area and selecting "Job Bank" in the "Members Benefits" section). However, since this is a new platform, all members will have to create a new account. Once registered, the landing page will offer step-by-step instructions on how to get started.

We hope you are excited about this update and we look forward to providing additional updates in the future.
