Yes, I completed the orientation,leadership training and speaker broadcast with this I’m close to get inducted. I updated my resume and I will finish it in the next week . I spoke with my mentor and my supervisor about the NSLS and my new knowledge about this program. I didn’t start reading the hidden potential because I’m reading The 360 Degree Leader: Developing Your Influence from Anywhere in the Organization book. I didn’t submit an application to a leadership position because there is no available position in my organization.

My goal is to get a promotion as team leader position therefore I started NSLS to have leadership knowledge and improve my skills. I will get my induction by May 31.

1) I will finish the 360 Degree Leader book. 2) I will read hidden potential by Adam The NSLS gives me knowledge that helped me to spoke with my supervisor about Adam Grant and procrastination and leadership knowledge. I feel more confident and ready for a leadership position. Grant 3) I will finish the NSLS to get inducted by May 31. 4) Submit a team lead application to the current organization that I work. 5)Finish my resume

The NSLS gives me knowledge that helped me to spoke with my supervisor about Adam Grant and procrastination and leadership skills . I feel more confident and ready for a leadership position.
