1.) Yes I succeeded in my last steps since my last meeting! after my second meeting on April 5th, I applied on indeed for real estate internships, and I received a email to interview on the 6th for a company called Mac properties here in my hometown chicago. I received an invitation to schedule an interview so I scheduled to interview on the 12th. The same day , but later that evening, I received a phone call from the hiring manager, and he stated that every one loved me . The weekend had passed , but the morning of the 16th, I received my offer letter and signed it . I will be starting my position as a Resident Services Intern in May !

2.) specific : interview for a internship
Measureable : make sure the internships are in the real estate field
Actionable: apply directly to companies on indeed & be sure that I am continuously checking my email
Rewarding : this will be my first job as an intern in my new career field as a construction manager and a licensed broker and I am honored and excited!
Time Specific : goal was the 15th, but I was hired by the 16th.

3.) now that I have secured my internship for this summer , the action steps I will take towards my next meeting is to focus on finishing my current quarter that I am in . I graduate on July 30th of this year so it is important that i keep studying and stay focused.
How have the NSLS speakers or SNT meetings helped you achieve your goals or changed your life?:
These NSLS speakers and meetings have shed such a positive & motivating light over my life . I am so honored and happy to be apart of NSLS .
