I have successfully achieved my goal of writing in my journal.I was able to accomplish my goal of writing up to 5 pages this week and it was a thrilling experience for me because I was able to understand myself more during the process.
Please state your goal using the SMART Method: Specific: Avoid generalities! Your goal should have specific details so you know what you are achieving. Measurable: Make sure you have solid criteria for establishing your progress toward your goal. Actionable: You can clearly define action steps towards your goal Rewarding: Your goal must be something that is meaningful and worthwhile. Time Specific: Having specific dates for beginning and finishing goals keeps you on track. Example: “My goal is to receive a Sports Internship by May 1st”:
Specific:My goal is to journal everyday
Measurable: I will set daily reminders and use my journal app as backup to write.
Actionable:I will journal more often every day by giving 15mins of my time each day.
Rewarding:I will purchase new journals to fill in my experiences.
Time specific:I will continue to write till the end of this year December 31 2024
