1. What were the main points of this speaker's presentation?

Hoda: Find out what you love and figure out how to get paid for it. Don't ever quit and don't let people tell you, you can't. No matter what you want in your life, everything comes right on time.

If you have a more intimate relationship with your smartphone than you do with who you're in bed with, you are "busy" and overwhelmed. There are so many distractions in this world, do most productive people build walls to keep information out? No, they've trained themselves to think differently than others. Setting goals and seeing the bigger picture.

2. How will you apply this information in your life?

Our daily decisions can mean the difference between being busy or being productive. I need to conscientiously need to make better choices daily to be more productive than just being "busy". I need to teach myself to build mental habits. Use the 3 ways to build better habits by innovation, creative, and connections. Its not horrible to be a cliche, but use it to your advantage, make it your own, make it new.

3. What did you find most interesting about this speaker?

He thinks creativity isn't about putting a paint brush to paper, but its about a process. I never thought of it like that before. It certainly sparks some thoughts. Creativity is an import/export business.

4. If you could talk to the speaker, what would you say/ask?

Were you always innovative? or did you have to teach yourself to become innovative? What advice can you give others who are not as innovative to become more innovative?

5. Would you recommend this speaker to other students? Why or why not?

Yes, I am actually so interested in his presentation I am planning on reading his books. He is probably my favorite speaker that I have listened to so far.
