1. What were the main points of this speaker's presentation?
2 main points; She spoke about how the muse came to be and she shared her 10 best tips for navigating her career. In addition the new rules for; finding the right path, landing the best fit job and advancing within our career.
2. How will you apply this information in your life?
She stated point that is completely true and I stand by. In similar words …what you see isn’t always your reality but keeping your faith it’s the most important. This is significant in my life because several moments I was told I dreamt to big but my faith along with actions/ determination get me to where I envision myself to be.
3. What did you find most interesting about this speaker?
How she started her company “The muse” and their belief to help people improve and navigate every phase of their career by offering them trusted guidance and resources. Also two important questions she asked herself; what problem are you solving and how much do you care? This is great, simply because it will help us get to the point of what it is we are trying to accomplish.
4. If you could talk to the speaker, what would you say/ask?
I wouldn't know where to start... in all seriousness touch base on her fundamentals. She was clear on how passionate she was about this desire of her transforming a job into passion and work with inspiration. I am in awe because we all want this but how bad do we truly want it is the question. I would ask her to mentor me to get a better idea of what my goals are and how I plan to get there can improve.
5. Would you recommend this speaker to other students? Why or why not?
Yes!
I definitely would recommend her, she was great and organized with the information she delivered.
