1. What were the main points of this speaker's presentation?

Understanding that the goal is to outlast your competition and not care about being the best or number one. Being able to get the most out of people and trusting them to do their job instead of making them feel vulnerable with rules or guidelines. Have an open play book. Living an infinite life for when you pass away the way you contributed to society will pass on and be carried on by future generations. Believing in the causes we fight for but knowing what you are standing for. Admiring your competition and striving to be a better you everyday you wake up and being your biggest competitor.

2. How will you apply this information in your life?

By learning from my competition when I go up for awards or promotions looking at what they did to one up me and taking from it and outlasting them. Thinking before I act having a reason for why I fight for change in certain aspects of my work environment; becoming a more articulative and thoughtful person. When I become a leader allowing my associates to enjoy the position I assign to them and embrace their roles rather than feel vulnerable and constricted.

3. What did you find most interesting about this speaker?

What I found most interesting about the speaker is how he immediately got into his presentation and from there he provided a lot of insightful information that could easily be understood by anyone because he used examples to get his point across. The examples he used for each point he made is something else that interest me because it kept me engaged and it allowed me to understand his train of thought.

4. If you could talk to the speaker, what would you say/ask?

Was there a point in time where you were in charge of a vulnerable group of individuals and if you were how did you go about making necessary changes?

5. Would you recommend this speaker to other students? Why or why not?

I would not recommend this speaker to other students because not every student who is in school would encounter this. I would recommend him for someone who is in a managerial position or innovative position and is looking for guidance.
