The main points were to focus on where you are, not necessarily on the big picture/ultimate goal. If you know and trust yourself, you will continue to succeed. Know your role in your job, and know that at some point you will face adversity and you will have to overcome it. Always try to do what you believe to be the right thing.

I will apply this information by always trying to be the best at what I am doing at the moment, instead of focusing on the bigger picture and will always believe in myself.
